About Me

I've been teaching for 15, 16, 17 a long time.  I first started as a resource support teacher at a Catholic school in South Bend, Indiana, then taught fourth grade for three years there before moving to another Catholic school closer to my home where I also taught fourth grade.  In 2006, my family and I moved to Georgia where I began teaching second grade at a large school district in metro Atlanta.  I have a masters in Special Education and just got my ESOL endorsement in 2013.  Right now, I'm a regular education teacher with a cluster of English Learners (who I adore).

I've been married for even longer than I've taught, and I have four fabulous kids!  My oldest son is 11, then I have a 10 year old son, a 6 year old son, and a 2 year old princess (who is forever trying to keep up with her brothers).  Thanks for visiting my page!
